Shipping and Packaging
For all deliveries within Germany we charge depending upon weight the dispatch with DHL. In most cases this is 5,00€ shipping costs. Exceptions are special offers, in which the deliveries will take place free of charge.
We try to ship merch without plastic and superfluous packaging. Therefore we do not offer textiles in extra plastic packaging for example.
Terms of delivery
The delivery time in Germany is about 3-5 days, unless otherwise stated in the offer, and is done with DHL. The delivery time to other European countries is approx. 5-12 days and is made with DHL. If not all ordered products are in stock, we are entitled to partial deliveries at our expense, as far as this is reasonable for you.
Should the delivery of the goods fail through your fault despite three delivery attempts, we can withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded to you immediately. If the ordered product is not available, because we are not supplied with this product by our suppliers without own fault, we can withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and, if necessary, suggest the delivery of a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or if you do not wish to receive a comparable product, we will immediately refund any consideration already paid.
In the event of a justified complaint (defective goods, wrong delivery, etc.), we will refund the purchase price of the claimed goods and the postage costs incurred for the return. Please note that any slight differences in colour between the images on the website and the delivered item are due to technical reasons and do not constitute an error.
A claim for a refund of the entire purchase price does not exist if the value of the goods is reduced by use, which goes beyond the usual inspection of the goods, as would have been possible for the customer in a shop, by damage to the goods or their packaging or by other circumstances for which the customer is responsible.
The delivered goods may only be used for the purpose of testing - as would be possible in a retail shop for fitting - and must be returned with the original label, unwashed and in the original packaging. The fitting is possible under consideration of the hygiene measures. A justified complaint does not exist for shrink-wrapped and/or sealed data carriers (e.g. CDs, DVDs, books) if the consumer has unsealed the seal or removed the shrink-wrap film.
In case of a return please proceed as follows:
The goods must be returned in perfect condition, unwashed and in their original packaging. Please use the shop address given on this page for the return.
With all goods from our shop legal warranty rights exist.
We guarantee that the goods delivered by us are free from manufacturing and material defects. We are not liable for the suitability of the goods for a specific purpose intended by the customer. The customer must inspect the delivered goods for defects immediately after delivery. In the event of a justified notice of defect, we undertake, at our discretion, to rectify the defect or deliver a replacement. We are entitled to limit the warranty to the assignment of our own warranty claims against manufacturers, suppliers and authors. Further claims are excluded. The delivered goods may only be used for the purpose of testing - as would be possible in a retail shop for fitting - and must be returned with the original label, unwashed and in the original packaging. The fitting is possible under consideration of the hygiene measures.
For shrink-wrapped and/or sealed data carriers (e.g. CDs, DVDs), we only take back these goods in the unopened shrink-wrap film or with the seal unopened.
